The Fitness Lab’s individual training program focuses on helping you live an active life free from injury, pain, and movement restrictions. Our trainers work one on one with you to develop an individualized training program to meet your needs. Our trainers utilize the latest techniques in corrective exercise, functional movement, and strength training to correct postural dysfunction and muscular imbalances that can that could otherwise lead to pain and injury. By removing the muscular imbalances and physiological stressors, we are able to achieve optimal strength and well-being. Once proper movement patterns are achieved, you and your trainer will then focus on working towards the goals that you identified during your initial consultation.
