The Fitness Lab’s baseball training program is designed to help baseball players from little league through the D1 collegiate level gain a competitive edge on their competition. Baseball is a game of skill, power, strength, and accuracy.

Unfortunately, most baseball players train with their team on the field with conditioning geared at the team rather than the individual. This lack of individualized, position specific, strength and conditioning predispose the athlete to injury and decreases their overall performance throughout the course of the season.

The Fitness Lab’s baseball training program focuses on correcting soft tissues imbalances and improving the core functional movements. This allows our trainers to develop an individualized, position specific training program aimed at improving flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall skill while reducing the risk of injury.
