Basketball
Basketball is a physically demanding sport that requires a lot of explosive jumping and sprinting. At the Fitness Lab, we offer basketball specific training programs that are designed to make you run faster and jump higher while decreasing your overall risk of injury on the court.
Our trainers evaluate each athlete by using a functional movement assessment designed to identify each player’s specific strength and weaknesses. From the functional evaluation, our trainers work with the athlete to develop an individualized training program that is designed to improve functional movement, increase strength and flexibility, and improve speed while helping to decrease their risk of injuries.
