Most players receive great coaching on the field which helps to hone these lacrosse specific skills but fail to properly condition the athletes off the field. Lack of overall strength and conditioning leads to muscular imbalances, decreased athletic performance, and eventual injury. The Fitness Lab lacrosse program is designed to help lacrosse athletes of all ages gain a significant competitive edge on the competition. Lacrosse training at the Fitness Lab will focus around strength, speed, agility, and quickness.

Our trainers evaluate each athlete by using a functional movement assessment designed to identify each players’ specific strength and weaknesses. From the functional evaluation, our trainers work with the athlete to develop an individualized training program that is designed to improve functional movement, increase strength and flexibility, and improve speed while helping to decrease their risk of injuries.
