Softball
The Fitness Lab’s softball training programs are designed to help players of all levels from little league through the D1 collegiate level gain a competitive edge in their prospective sport. Softball requires a combination of skill, power, strength, and accuracy for high levels of success during these games.
Unfortunately, most athletes competing in these sports train with their team on the field with conditioning geared at the team as a whole rather than the individual. This lack of individualized, position specific, strength and conditioning based training predisposes the athlete to injury and decreases their overall performance throughout the course of the season.
The Fitness Lab’s softball training programs focus on correcting soft tissues imbalances and improving the core functional movements required for these throwing dominant sports. This allows our trainers to develop an individualized, position specific training program aimed at improving flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall skill while reducing the risk of injury.
