Volleyball
§ Volleyball is a complex sport with extreme physical demands that require highly explosive and powerful movements. The trainers at the Fitness Lab use the latest techniques and equipment to help increase your vertical jump, improve speed, and gain both upper and lower body strength needed to accel in the sport of volleyball. We establish a baseline functional movement patterns for all of our athletes and then progress them safely onto more explosive activities such as jump training, which involves a combination of power, strength, and stability. All of our programs focus around the individual to ensure that you get the one-on-one attention that you need to perfect your form and fine-tune your skills all while reducing the chance of injury.
