I highly recommend Matt as a trainer. Always punctual, always has new exercises and routines to keep things interesting, packs a LOT into each training session, and is a fun person who loves what he does. I also appreciate his nutritional advise and counseling, this wasn’t an aspect I expected but with his guidance in the gym and outside the gym, it has made all the difference in the world. He has what it takes to get you to a healthier, stronger, and happier place!
