  • Mobility

    Intense workouts can lead to tight, sore muscles and potential injuries. Most of us are aware that we should be working on our mobility but few find the time to adequately take care of our bodies. This workshop will outline the best techniques to increase your overall athletic performance by improving your mobility while simultaneously reducing your risk of injury.

  • Functional Movement

    What is functional movement? Can performing functional movements help prevent injury? How do I implement functional movements into my workout? During the workshop we will review primary functional movements involved in CrossFit and how to program

  • Recovery

    If you are not letting your body heal and grow after your workouts, you can run into a lot of problems. Recovery takes time and can be overwhelming. We will outline the best recovery strategies to help you make the most out of your training.
