  • Injury Prevention and Mobility

    The amount of impact and the pounding the body takes during running makes it very hard to stay healthy. Few of us have the time to stretch and take care of our bodies the way we should. This workshop outlines the best use of your time to avoid common running injuries.

  • Strengthening

    “I run all the time so my legs are strong.” Not necessarily. Often times certain muscles become much stronger than others which leads to an imbalance at our knees, hips or ankles. You can be much faster and comfortable with running if your strength is well-rounded.

  • Recovery

    If you are not letting your body heal and grow after your workouts, you can run into a number of troubles. Recovery takes time and can be overwhelming. We will outline the best recovery strategies to make the most out of your training tomorrow.
