Join an Integrated Rehabilitation, Fitness, and Wellness Team
At The Fitness Lab, we believe movement has the power to improve lives. Our Pilates program is designed around individualized care rather than high-volume group classes. You’ll primarily provide one-on-one private sessions and duet instruction, allowing you to tailor every session to each client’s goals, movement history, physical abilities, and experience level. This personalized approach gives you the time and flexibility to create meaningful progress while developing long-term client relationships.
Located inside Paragon Athletic Center, our Greenwood Village facility brings rehabilitation, fitness, performance, recovery, and wellness together under one roof. As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, trainers, and wellness professionals who share a commitment to helping people recover, move better, perform better, and live healthier lives. For licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants, there may also be opportunities to combine clinical care with Pilates instruction.
We welcome instructors from a variety of backgrounds, including rehabilitation, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, wellness, and fitness. Experience is valuable, but so are professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to continual learning. If you enjoy adapting programs to each individual, communicating clearly, and creating an exceptional client experience, you’ll find an environment where your skills can continue to grow.
As our Pilates program expands, you’ll have opportunities to develop your own client base, collaborate across disciplines, participate in continuing education, and take on expanded responsibilities over time. We believe exceptional instruction starts with giving instructors the support, flexibility, and professional environment they need to do their best work every day.
