Connor has pursued knowledge and expertise about health, fitness, and physical therapy since 2012, when he became a patient himself. He has experienced and overcome several injuries and surgeries during his athletic career playing college football, rugby, training jiu jitsu, and enjoying various sports like snowboarding, slacklining, and biking. He worked as a Rehab Tech, a rugby coach, and a yoga instructor before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Since graduating in 2021, Connor has worked for several outpatient orthopedic clinics, gaining insights about the healthcare industry. In that, he is glad to be a part of The Fitness Lab team, where patients receive exceptional, one-on-one, personalized treatment.
Connor is passionate about treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. He believes that health and fitness is for everyone, and provides value to individuals at any fitness level. He takes an active approach to physical therapy, facilitating pain-free movement and empowering patients to get stronger, become more capable, and enhance their quality of life. He has been recognized as an effective communicator, helping patients understand the important concepts related to their specific conditions, healing, and paths toward improvement. His emphasis on patient education and evidence-based practice allows patients to follow simple, individualized, and effective plans of care. All in all, Connor loves helping people live pain-free, achieve their goals, and get back to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Connor enjoys travel, recreational sports, live music, enjoying time with friends, spending time out in nature, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge and mastery.
