Growing up in Compton, Will spent much of his childhood on the soccer field, developing not only a love for the game but also an early appreciation for movement, discipline, and teamwork. Years later, he carried those same qualities into his service as an infantryman in the United States Army, where he served for nearly eight years. His time in the military strengthened his resilience, sharpened his mental toughness, and deepened his understanding of the physical demands placed on the human body.
After his military service, Will faced significant personal health challenges, undergoing multiple surgeries, including ACL and meniscus repairs as well as open-heart surgery. These life- changing experiences became the turning point in his career path. Through his own rehabilitation journey, he witnessed firsthand the transformative power of physical therapy not only in restoring movement, but in rebuilding confidence, strength, and identity. Inspired by the profound impact rehabilitation had on his own recovery, Will chose to pursue a career in physical therapy. He is driven by a passion for helping others recognize just how adaptable, resilient, and powerful the human body truly is. Drawing from his background as an athlete, soldier, and patient, he takes a personalized, patient-centered approach — meeting individuals where they are, whether they are focused on injury prevention, recovery, or returning to peak performance.
Will’s mission is to empower his patients with the tools, education, and confidence they need to become stronger, more capable versions of themselves. He is committed to ensuring that every person he works with understands that, through movement and perseverance, the body is capable of enduring challenges and coming back stronger than ever. Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Washington State University before going on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Outside of the clinic, Will enjoys spending time with his two children, Liam and Theo. He is an avid ultra-marathon runner and continues to stay active through soccer, weightlifting, and outdoor adventures. He also enjoys cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.
