Originally from Chapel Hill, NC, Reilly has a long history of athletics, having played Division 1 lacrosse at both Virginia Tech and the University of Pittsburgh. She also played competitive ice hockey and field hockey for many years leading up to college. She was drawn to physical therapy due to her own personal history of injuries and general love for anatomy. Reilly’s goal is to best prepare her patients to return to their preferred activities/sports, as well as promote a positive environment for rehabilitation.
Reilly has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedics and sports settings, and has a particular interest in athletes recovering from injuries. Reilly also specializes in vestibular and concussion-related diagnoses, having completed her terminal clinical rotation at the UPMC Concussion Clinic.
Outside of work, Reilly enjoys hiking, skiing, running, coaching youth lacrosse, playing golf and tennis, and watching football and ice hockey .
