Licensed Massage Therapist – Sports, Recovery & Wellness Job in Greenwood Village, CO

If you’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist – Sports, Recovery & Wellness job in Greenwood Village, CO where you can build a lasting career instead of simply filling appointment slots, The Fitness Lab offers an environment designed to help you succeed. Our integrated model brings rehabilitation, fitness, performance, and proactive wellness together so you can focus on delivering exceptional care while working alongside professionals who share your commitment to helping people recover, move better, perform better, and live better. We provide the treatment space, equipment, supplies, administrative support, and an established referral base so you can invest your energy where it matters most—your clients.

Help Shape a Growing Recovery Program

At The Fitness Lab, our mission is to bring rehabilitation, fitness, performance, and proactive health together through personalized, evidence-informed care. Every decision we make is guided by six core commitments: delivering outstanding service, taking ownership, pursuing mastery, investing in people, earning success every day, and always doing the right thing. As we expand our massage therapy and recovery services, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing program while building meaningful relationships with athletes, active adults, physical therapy patients, fitness clients, gym members, and wellness clients.

This position offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time clinicians. Whether your passion is therapeutic massage, sports recovery, assisted stretching, or a combination of wellness services, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that aligns with therapist availability, client demand, and business needs. Evening and Saturday availability is preferred due to increased client demand, and all required meetings, administrative responsibilities, and training are compensated separately from massage service compensation.

Your days will be centered on providing personalized massage therapy tailored to each client’s goals while creating a welcoming, professional experience from the first conversation through follow-up care. You’ll collaborate with physical therapists, fitness professionals, and other team members when appropriate, helping clients recover from injury, improve mobility, support athletic performance, or simply feel and move better. Experience is valued, but we also welcome motivated newer therapists who demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, initiative, and a genuine commitment to mastering their craft.

If you’re seeking a workplace where you’ll be supported with mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to grow as the massage and recovery program expands, The Fitness Lab offers the resources and collaborative culture to help you build a rewarding long-term career.

Compensation:

  • Base compensation of $35–$50 per completed massage service hour, based on experience.
  • Opportunity to earn up to an additional $15 per completed massage service hour through monthly performance incentives.
  • Gratuities paid in addition to advertised massage compensation.
  • Separate compensation for assisted stretching and other non-massage services.

If you’re excited about helping people recover, move better, and perform at their best while working alongside professionals who believe in integrated, evidence-informed care, we’d love to meet you. Join us as we continue building a massage and recovery program focused on exceptional client experiences and long-term professional growth.
