Kristen has over a decade of clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She started out her career in the Washington, D.C. area and then relocated to Colorado in 2022.
Kristen is originally from Maryland, and headed to North Carolina for her undergraduate degree at Elon University. After college, she took a year off to pursue a life long dream to be a ski bum in Breckenridge Colorado. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Temple University in Pennsylvania.
She loves working with active individuals of all levels and enjoys helping patients get back to the activities they love—whether that’s returning to sport, staying active, or simply moving through daily life with less pain and more confidence. She recently finished her Postpartum and Pregnancy Exercise Specialist Certification, and enjoys working with women trying to stay active through pregnancy and return to activity after delivery.
Outside of work Kristen enjoys traveling, spending time getting outside and into the mountains with her two dogs, hiking, skiing and camping whenever she can. While at home she loves to try a new recipe or craft project.
